ECOFUNDRIVE believes in flexible, fair policies that put clients first. We understand that travel plans change for countless reasons, and we've designed our cancellation policy to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining responsible business operations.

Flexible Cancellation Terms
We understand that travel plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to manage our schedule effectively.
Free Cancellation Window
Bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No cancellation fee will be applied, and any payments made will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days.
Standard Notice Cancellation
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before pickup will incur a small cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount. The remaining 75% will be refunded promptly to your original payment method.
Short Notice Cancellation
Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount. We understand emergencies happen, and we try to be as accommodating as possible.
Very Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the booking amount. A 25% refund will still be provided, as we appreciate the courtesy of notification even at the last minute.

Special Event Bookings
For high-demand periods including the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, MIPIM, and other major French Riviera events, we apply slightly adjusted terms while remaining flexible:
- 7+ days notice: 100% refund
- 3-7 days notice: 75% refund
- 1-3 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: 25% refund
We understand that event schedules can be unpredictable. If your event attendance changes due to professional obligations or event cancellations, please contact us to discuss options. These terms will be confirmed during booking.
Multi-Day and Corporate Bookings
For bookings spanning multiple days or corporate contracts, we offer even more flexibility with custom terms tailored to your needs. We understand that business travel and extended trips require special consideration.
Options may include:
- Rolling cancellation windows (cancel individual days separately)
- Credit systems for rescheduling
- Extended free cancellation periods
- Partial refunds for partial cancellations

How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking
Cancelling or changing your booking is simple. Just reach out to us as soon as you know your plans have changed:

- We'll confirm your cancellation immediately via WhatsApp

Cancellation requests are timestamped when we receive them. We respond quickly—usually within minutes during business hours, and always within a few hours.
Changed your mind? Even if you've cancelled, you can rebook if we haven't filled your slot yet. Just ask!
No-Show Policy
If you're unable to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, please contact us immediately. Our chauffeur will wait for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time at no additional charge.
If we don't hear from you within this timeframe, it will be considered a no-show, which results in a 75% charge of the booking amount. However, we will still refund 25% as a gesture of goodwill.
Running late? Just send us a quick WhatsApp message and we'll wait for you. We understand that unexpected delays happen, especially when traveling.
Flight Delays and Changes
We completely understand that flight schedules are unpredictable. For airport transfer bookings, we offer maximum flexibility:
- We monitor all Nice Airport arrivals in real-time automatically
- Zero charge for any flight delays (regardless of cause)
- We adjust pickup time automatically when we detect delays
- If your flight is cancelled, you can reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund
- If you need to switch to an earlier/later flight, just let us know and we'll accommodate if possible
Airport transfers are stress-free with ECOFUNDRIVE. We track your flight so you don't have to worry about notifying us of delays.
Weather and Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that make travel unsafe or impossible, ECOFUNDRIVE reserves the right to cancel services. In such cases:
- Full refund will be provided
- We will work with you to reschedule when conditions improve
- No cancellation fees will apply
Modification of Bookings
Need to change your plans? We make it easy. Modifications to your booking are welcomed:
- Time changes (same day, ±3 hours): Free if made 24+ hours in advance, we'll do our best even with shorter notice
- Date changes: Free if made 48+ hours in advance, subject to availability
- Destination changes: Free if the distance is similar (±10km), price adjusted if significantly different
- Last-minute modifications: We'll always try to accommodate—just ask!

Pro tip: The earlier you let us know about changes, the more we can do to help. But even last-minute requests are worth asking about—you might be surprised by what we can accommodate.
Refund Processing
We process refunds quickly because we know you shouldn't wait for your money. All eligible refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation approval and will appear in your account within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).
You'll receive confirmation of your refund via WhatsApp immediately when we process it.
If you haven't seen your refund within 7 business days, contact your bank first (they sometimes hold funds), then message us if the issue persists. We're here to help resolve any problems quickly.

Emergencies and Special Circumstances
Life is unpredictable, and we recognize that genuine emergencies occur. If you need to cancel due to:
